DIY; Tiramisu

Hey guys
I love tiramisu! So today I will share my own tiramisu recipe with you.
It's a little different than an original tiramisu, but it tastes just as good!
Instead of ladyfingers I used spice cookies.
I hope you'll like it.

You will need:
7 small spice cookies (Don't use soft cookies. I used spice cookies, which were kinda hard)
2 dl of mascarpone
3 tablespoons of agave syrup
3/4 dl of instant coffee (or the coffee of your choice)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Cocoa powder for garnishing

Directions:
Put the spice cookies in a plastic bag, tie a knot and crush the spice cookies with a rolling pin.
Mix the mascarpone, the agave syrup, the coffee and vanilla extract in a bowl.
Take a separate bowl, I would recommend a clear/transparent bowl, and layer the tiramisu starting with the crumble from the crushed spice cookies, then the mascarpone cream, the crumble, the mascarpone cream etc, ending with a layer of the mascarpone cream on the top. Garnish with cocoa powder.

Done!
