Currant Drink

Hey guys
Today I'll share with you, something that my mom actually came up with.
It's a healthy drink. Kinda like a smoothie, but not really.
And it's only made of two ingredients!
I hope you'll love it, just as much as I do.



You will need:
Currant puree
Almond milk


Directions:
Put half n' half of each ingredients in a glass and stir it together.
Done!

DIY; Cinnamon Pie

Hey guys
So I'm back with a delicious recipe.
We are going to make a cinnamon pie!

I have made this pie a couple of times before, but the first two times it failed. First time the recipe was stupid. Second time, I lost the recipe, so I had to do it without the recipe. So this past weekend I tried to bake it again, but still no recipe. I looked in my cookbooks and on the internet, and I then tried to make it my own version.
Well guys, here it is.



You will need:
Pie crust:
300 g flour
200 g butter
100 g sugar
1 egg

Filling:
3 dl / 300 ml whipping cream
2 tablespoons of flour
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs
50 g butter
2 tablespoons (with top) of cinnamon


Directions:
Mix all the ingredients for the pie crust. You can choose to leave it in the fridge 30 min before baking, or you can bake it straight away. Put the batter in a pie pan and bake it at 200°C for 12 min.

Mix all the ingredients for the filling, except the eggs, in another bowl.
Taste the filling, to know if you're satisfied with the taste. Add the eggs and blend it together with a whisk.

When your pie crust is done baking, add the filling, and bake it again at 190°C for 45 min.
When done, let it cool for at least 30 min. If you don't, the filling will be a little flowing - but it's your choice.

DONE!
